As the QA Manager at 2 Sodas, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our games. You will lead a team of quality assurance professionals, develop testing strategies, and ensure that our deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
Requirements
Quality Assurance Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA analysts and engineers.
Establish and communicate quality assurance goals, priorities, and standards.
Create a culture of quality within the organization, emphasizing best practices and continuous improvement.
Test Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for each project.
Define testing scope, objectives, and timelines, considering project requirements and risks.
Identify and prioritize test cases and scenarios.
Test Execution:
Oversee the execution of test plans, ensuring the thorough testing of software, products, or services.
Conduct functional, performance, and regression testing.
Report and document defects, providing clear and concise information to developers.
Automation:
Evaluate and implement test automation tools and frameworks.
Lead efforts to automate test cases, increasing efficiency and coverage.
Maintain and enhance automated test suites.
Quality Metrics and Reporting:
Define and track key quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Generate comprehensive quality reports, providing insights and recommendations.
Communicate quality status and issues to relevant stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Collaborate with development and product teams to enhance the development lifecycle.
Implement best practices and industry standards in QA processes.
