As the Creative Director at 2 Sodas, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our creative vision and leading a team of talented artists and designers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies that align with our brand and engage our target audience.
Requirements
Creative Strategy:
Define and articulate the creative vision and strategy for the company.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Provide creative leadership and guidance throughout the organization.
Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire a team of designers, artists, and creative professionals.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
Oversee project assignments, ensuring that they are on brand and on schedule.
Concept Development:
Spearhead creative brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and concepts.
Develop creative concepts, campaigns, and content for various media channels.
Ensure that creative ideas align with the brand's identity and resonate with the target audience.
Creative Direction:
Oversee the execution of creative projects, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
Provide feedback and guidance to ensure that designs and content are compelling and effective.
Maintain consistency in visual and narrative elements across all projects.
Client and Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their creative needs.
Present creative proposals and concepts to clients and articulate the vision behind the work.
Foster strong relationships with clients and partners.
Budget and Resource Management:
Manage budgets for creative projects and allocate resources effectively.
Collaborate with the production and project management teams to ensure efficient execution.
